This couple decided to put an eccentric twist on modern farmhouse style while building and designing their tiny home in Austin, TX. On the outside, this house features 17 paint colors that represent a gorgeous sunrise or sunset, and on the inside, it showcases upcycled and custom-made furnishings by local artisans. It took one year to make this tiny house a home–and a reality–and cost around $90k, plus sweat equity. Its smaller square footage lends a unique warmth and coziness to the space, and it’s perfect for two (though it can sleep four!).
