Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and his lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah have failed to obtain leave to appeal their bid to challenge the appointment of Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram as prosecutor in their respective criminal cases.
