An encounter is underway in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara area. The Indian security forces have cornered two to three terrorists right now. The encounter began early on Tuesday morning after a search operation by the Indian Army. 

The Army received an intel about the terrorists in the area and hence a combing operation was being undertaken by the forces. During the operation, the terrorists opened fire and the Army has been retaliating since then.
