Victoria Police aren't turning on their body-worn cameras in cases where they should be which could jeopardise investigations and the force's reputation. An auditor-general's report has found officers had their cameras switched off in 1 in 6 cases and Victoria Police can't give a reason why it switched off in 1 in 6 cases and Victoria Police can't give a reason why.
