King Philippe of Belgium has condemned the discrimination and racism of his country's colonial rule in Africa. He made the comments on a week-long trip to the Democratic Republic of the Congo. While there - he returned a tribal mask - one of thousands of artefacts taken during Belgian rule. The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
