As Moscow failed to take control of Ukraine capital city Kyiv, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the battle for control of the eastern city of Severodonetsk would end up deciding the fate of the vital Donbas region. Russian troops have intensified attacks in Ukraine’s breakaway regions in a bid to control the countries Eastern part. However, Ukraine still holds control of Severodonetsk’s twin city Lysychansk.
