Rahul and Sonia Gandhi are facing ED heat over a money laundering case involving the National Herald Newspaper. The case came to light in 2013 when BJP MP Subramanian Swamy approached the trial court alleging the Gandhis of fraudulently buying the publishing company of National Herald Newspaper, Associated Journals Limited. The ED is probing alleged financial irregularities in Young India, the Congress-promoted company that bought AJL.
