Harshal Patel and Yuzvendra Chahal shared seven wickets as India beat South Africa by 48 runs in the third Twenty20 in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday to stay alive in the five-match series. Ruturaj Gaikwad (57) and Ishan Kishan (54) scored attacking fifties to take India to 179-5 (20 overs).
