Agneepath scheme is being opposed in Bihar for the last five days. Bihar bandh has also been called along with the country. It has been supported by other political parties including RJD. There has been a major impact on rail operations due to protests and fears of violence. The Railways has canceled many trains in view of the loss. In the midst of protests across Bihar, the government has deployed Para Military Force. In view of the bandh, private and government schools and colleges have been kept closed.

बिहार में बीते पांच दिनों से अग्निपथ योजना का विरोध किया जा रहा है. सोमवार आनी आज देश के साथ बिहार बंद भी बुलाया गया है. इसका राजद समेत दूसरे राजनीतिक दलों ने समर्थन किया है. विरोध-प्रदर्शन और हिंसा की आशंका के चलते रेल संचालन पर बड़ा असर पड़ा है. रेलवे ने नुकसान को देखते हुए कई ट्रेनों को रद्द कर दिया है. पूरे बिहार में विरोध-प्रदर्शन के बीच सरकार ने पैरा मिलिट्री फोर्स तैनात कर दिया है. बंद को देखते हुए निजी और सरकारी स्कूल और कॉलेज बंद रखे गए हैं.
