Germany's Scholz says Ukraine, Russia still 'far from' peace negotiations

Ukraine and Russia are a long way from ending the war through negotiations, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz says, adding that President Vladimir Putin still believes he can dictate the terms of peace. "Nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine, is our motto!"
