According to sources, it is suspected that NCP and Shiv Sena have had a fallout. NCP believes that an important leader from Shiv Sena is supporting Eknath Shinde and the rebel MLAs. 

NCP held a meeting yesterday to discuss what steps should be taken next to tackle the crisis at hand.
