Athar Amir Khan who is currently posted as the municipal commissioner in Srinagar got engaged to Dr Mehreen. This comes months after his ex-wife Tina Dabi married IAS officer Dr Pradeep Gawande in April this year, in a private ceremony in Jaipur where both of them are posted. Athar Amir and his fiancee Dr Mehreen shared the pictures of the engagement on social media.
