Victoria has recorded more than 4 thousand COVID deaths since the pandemic began. 45 of those deaths were residents at Saint Basil's Aged Care home in Melbourne. Victoria's workplace regulator has now charged the aged care facility, whcih also remains the subject of a coronial inquest.
