When the clock strikes 12:01 a.m. on Sunday 17th July, masks will no longer be mandatory in Trinidad and Tobago - at least not in most circumstances. Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh made the announcement today as he also issued a word of caution to at-risk sectors of the population. Rynessa Cutting has more.
