Residents of yet another HDC development are complaining about a sewer-related issue impacting their community.

But this time, the problem extends from just the abhorrent scent.

For residents of Cypress Ridge, Union Hall, San Fernando, a sinkhole has developed and sewer water has been overflowing unto the roadway.
