Uddhav led Shiv Sena faction has decided to support NDA candidate Draupadi Murmu in the upcoming presidential elections. Shiv Sena MPs urged Uddhav Thackeray to back Murmu as she belongs to the tribal community. Sanjay Raut clarified that even though Sena is backing Murmu that doesn’t mean it supports the BJP. Earlier also when Sena was in alliance with the BJP it had backed UPA candidates Pratibha Patil and Pranab Mukherjee.
