A powerful earthquake rocked Abra province and other parts of Luzon this morning. Authorities are assessing the damage. A number of roads are closed to vehicles like Kennon Road in Benguet while only one lane of Marcos Highway is passable .

Benguet Vizcaya and Baguio-Bua-Itogon roads are also closed to traffic.
