Thursday is World Steelpan Day, and Chairman of World Steelpan Thrust of Trinidad and Tobago Bertel Gittens says it's time to formally claim Pan as ours, while acclaimed Pan Arranger Dr. Ray Holman adds there is need for funding and more radio airplay for the national instrument.
