Legislation to regulate the use of fireworks is coming, but not in time for our annual Independence celebrations. With the illegal and reckless use of the combustible devices having resulted in dozens of injuries over the years however, the Ministry of the Attorney General is urging responsible behaviour, ahead of what it termed "fireworks season".
