All 11 convicts in the Bilkis Bano case were released. The culprits were accused of gang-raping Bilkis Bano and killing 7 members of his family. It was decided by the Gujarat government to release these 11 convicts. Bilkis's husband Yakub Rasool said he was deeply disappointed with the decision. Everyone was shocked by this.
