Few days back, FIFA suspended India ‘with immediate effect’ due to ‘’undue influence from third parties’’. This is the first time that the AIFF has been banned by FIFA in its 85-year-old history. In the latest development related to this, today, the Supreme Court scrapped the CoA, and directed that the day-to-day management of the Indian football body be looked after by the AIFF.
