Grace Nyakio had a promising marriage life, but life took a turn after she gave birth to her third-born son. The baby suffered from Meningitis at the age of six months and developed other conditions that made him live with disability. Three years down the line, her mother-in-law became hostile, turned against her, and chased her. Jobless and helpless, she returned to her parents with the burden of shouldering her son’s medication. She now calls for well-wishers to step in and support her as the burden of getting 2000 every week for her son’s medication is taking a toll on her.
