Malaysians are not looking forward to a general election being held soon, according PAS.

Party vice-president Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah said the public prefers to see ongoing efforts to revive the economy and tackle inflation be fulfilled first.

Speaking to reporters in Kota Bharu, Kelantan yesterday, he added that the prime minister should be given time to solve these issues.
