FIR has been lodged against BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, his sons and Manoj Tiwari. There is an allegation of entering the air traffic control of Deoghar airport. On August 31, MP Nishikant Dubey, using his influence, entered the ATC of Deoghar airport. It is alleged that he forcibly took ATC clearance and took the chartered plane from Deoghar to Delhi at night. Watch this video.
