A Melbourne man convicted over a series of terrifying armed robberies has walked free from court. Earlier this year Jason Roberts was acquitted of killing two police officers in one of Victoria's most notorious killings. Roberts was sentenced to prison for armed robbery, but won't spend a day more in prison, because of time already served.
