Over 200 Russian Troops Killed, 10 Torture Chambers Found In Kharkiv, Putin Slams EU’s ‘Selfishness’

Ukraine’s military claims that it has killed over 200 Russian troops in the east and south over the last 24 hours. Ukraine’s national police has said that they have found at least ten torture chambers in the Kharkiv region after recapturing it. The Russian-backed separatist authority in Berdiansk has accused Kyiv of killing the deputy head of the military administration. Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has called for the training and deployment of tens of thousands of people to combat Ukraine's counteroffensive. A Russian TV commentator has called on Vladimir Putin to plan a nuclear weapon attack against NATO. The United Nations Human Rights office is planning to send a monitoring team to Izyum amid reports of mass graves found in the area. Russian President Vladimir Putin has slammed the EU over their “selfishness” for lifting sanctions only for European countries. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has said that Ukraine’s counteroffensive doesn’t mean the beginning of the end of the war.
