Union Minister and BJP leader Narayan Rane have received a setback from the Bombay High Court. The Bombay High Court has turned down the application to regularize the illegal construction of his bungalow and within two weeks has ordered the BMC to demolish the illegal construction done in the bungalow. The court has said that Rane has violated the rules of CRZ (Coastal Regulation Zones) and FSI (Floor Space Index) which cannot be regularized.
