Special Master Dearie Asks Trump , To Prove FBI ‘Planted’ Evidence.
CNBC reports that special master Judge Raymond Dearie has given Donald Trump until Sept. 30 , to back up his claims that the FBI planted evidence
while raiding his Mar-a-Lago home on Aug. 8.
Trump and his attorneys have accused the agency of doing so on multiple occasions without providing any proof. .
Why wouldn’t the FBI allow the inspection of areas at Mar-a-Lago with our lawyer’s, or others, present. Made them wait outside in the heat, wouldn’t let them get even close - said “ABSOLUTELY NOT.”

In a filing on Sept. 22, Judge Dearie ordered the government to return all non-classified items to Trump's legal team by Sept. 26.
Trump's legal team must then submit a "declaration or affidavit" of any items that the "plaintiff asserts were not seized from the premises," meaning they were planted.
Trump's lawyers are also being asked to identify items that were seized by the FBI that aren't included in the inventory.
This submission shall be Plaintiff’s final opportunity to raise any factual dispute as to the completeness and accuracy of the Detailed Property Inventory, Special Master Judge Raymond Dearie, via order.
Both sides are to appear for a
status conference on Oct. 6
