Union External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has slammed China and Pakistan over cross-border terror. Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly, Jaishankar referred to the blacklisting of terrorists. “Having borne the brunt of cross-border terrorism for decades, India firmly advocates a zero-tolerance approach. There is no justification for terrorism regardless of motivation,” the EAM said.
