Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library Program is coming to California. Governor Gavin Newsom signed a bill authored by Bakersfield State Senator Shannon Grove expanding access to the literacy program. Parents of children under five can sign up to have their child receive one book a month from a list of approved books.
