Over 65s locked out of NDIS, leaving many without support

The age threshold to use the national disability insurance scheme is leaving many older Australians without the support they need. Australians over 65 are locked out from accessing the scheme and are forced to rely on existing aged care services. The minister responsible says that's how the scheme was designed but critics argue the age cut-off is unfair.
