Ahoi Ashtami 2022 will be celebrated on October 17 and it is observed four days after Karwa Chauth and eight days before Diwali. On this day, women observe a fast for the well-being of their children and break it after sighting stars in the sky. Mothers pray to Goddess Ahoi, a form of Goddess Parvati, for the well-being of their children and many offerings are made on this day, which is also known as Ahoi Aathe. On this auspicious fasting day, send wishes and greetings to all those mothers observing the fast for the well-being of their children.1
