Materials
Chicken medium pieces 500 grams

Onion 150 grams
Garlic 2

Ginger 10 - 15 grams
Cumin powder 1 tsp

Chicken masala 1 spoon

Garam masala half spoon
Mustard oil 30-40 grams

How to Make :
Finely chop the onion. Make ginger garlic paste. In a bowl, take the chicken and the above spices and mix them very well with a little oil.
Now place the earthen pot in the oven and add mustard oil. When the oil is a little hot, put the remaining spices with bay leaves in the clay pot. Reduce the heat of the oven and cover the clay pot very well so that no steam escapes. Keep it for 15 minutes and then take it off. Open the lid and spread garam masala.
