John Sparks visits a village on the outskirts of Kherson where residents are clearing up following the Russian occupation.

He was shown a Ukrainian school that was taken over by Russian troops and used as a temporary base.

Several villages around the strategically important southern city have been liberated by Ukrainian forces, with both sides now focussed on fighting for control of the largest urban area controlled by Russia.
