M'sian Family driving licence programme aimed at helping B40 group, says Dr Wee

The Malaysian Family Licence Assistance (BLKM) initiative was introduced to help the B40 group get B2-class driving licences, said caretaker Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
He said that since he became the Transport Minister, he had been thinking of a plan to help the B40 group obtain the licence easier to ensure that people are protected.
