An offbeat Halloween tradition took place in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary this past weekend on the US' southwestern coast. Scuba divers submerged 25 feet beneath the surface to carve jack-o’-lanterns during the annual Underwater Pumpkin Carving Contest.
