Newly engaged Shelby John (Jack Huston) and Ruby Red (Willa Fitzgerald) have turned their life around with the support of Peter (John Malkovich). After finding Ruby dead on their porch, Shelby goes on a vengeful killing spree for the drug dealers responsible. Sheriff Church (Robert De Niro) must race against the clock to put an end to Shelby’s vigilante justice before he gets to the top.
