Georgia is key to determining which party
controls the United States Senate.
Neither candidate received the necessary 50% of votes
to win the election outright per Georgia's law, which
sets up the post-Thanksgiving runoff showdown.
Warnock reportedly told his
followers that he remains
confident heading into the runoff.

Walker trailing by about 200,000 votes
and down nearly five points overall.
Despite the slight edge, Warnock was still unable
to secure the necessary 50% of the votes to
prevent the decision from heading into a runoff.

Walker's campaign, pinning their hopes of winning
back the Senate majority on the first-time candidate.
