The AFP has named a loosely affiliated group of Russian cyber-criminals as those behind the Medicare data hack. Intelligence points to a group of hackers operating much like a business within Russia. More stolen Medibank customer data has been released on the dark web overnight. 240 customers are affected by the latest posting which reveals health records including conditions related to harmful use of alcohol. The AFP is working with international partners to bring those responsible to justice.
