Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour Presale , Causes Ticketmaster To Experience Outages.
Insider reports that presale for Swift's first tour in five years kicked off on Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. EST.
Ahead of the presale, nearly 4,000 Ticketmaster outage reports were documented by Downdetector.com.
Many of the outages continued
after the presale began.

Ticketmaster also took to Twitter with a message.
But many fans said that
wasn't working for them either.
