The Senate passed the Bill which is meant to remove the current limitation imposed on the Civil Aviation Authority......in terms of the reappointment of the Boards which have served for two consecutive terms in office.

The Bill was passed by the House of Representatives on Friday.

In the Senate today, concerns were raised by the Opposition about local aviation safety..... while the Government defended the role of the operations of the authority's board.
