An ACT law preventing the re use of in person evidence from alleged victims in sex assault cases could be changed before the retrial of former liberal staffer Bruce Lehrmann. Mr Lehrmann's trial over the alleged rape of Brittany Higgins at parliament house, was aborted last month because of misconduct by a juror.
