This was the moment a bike enthusiast learned that some ideas are better left on the paper.

This footage features Sofia Rojas launching herself off a ramp while riding her mountain bike, a stunt that ends with her getting flipped over her ride and planting her face on the dirty ground.

"It was just a normal day of traveling the city on my MTB," Sofia said. "I always try to avoid ramps, but just this one time, I decided to give it a go and this is what happened."

Guess she won't be hitting any more ramps in the near future.
