केरल हाईकोर्ट (Kerala High Court) ने पर्सनल लॉ (Personal Law) के तहत मुस्लिम विवाह (Muslim Marriage) को लेकर बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है. पीटीआई की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक केरल हाईकोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में कहा है कि मुस्लिम विवाह को यौन अपराधों से बच्चों के संरक्षण से जुड़े कानून से बाहर नहीं रखा गया है. यहां तक कि शादी की आड़ में बच्चे से शारीरिक संबंध बनाने को भी अपराध की श्रेणी में रखा गया है.
