http://www.IslandReefWork.com This is our interview with the Koala Gallery Wildlife Experience on Hamilton Island, in Queensland (QLD) Australia. Bec, one of the animal caretakers there told us about the koala gallery and was great to take a few minutes to answer our questions. This video is a 1 minute highlight of the longer interview which is available on http://www.CarrieAndJonathan.com/island-reef-job. The Koala Gallery Wildlife Experience features a large collection of Australian native animals including koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, crocodiles, wombats, Tasmanian devils, frilled necked lizards, various reptiles, a cassowary (to be honest, I had to look up what a Cassowary was), and a talking cockatoo named "Freddie". The sanctuary also houses the Koala Gallery Gift Shop and coffee shop. The perimeter of the dining area is a koala exhibit. Breakfast with the Koalas is held daily from 7:30am to 9:30am. An Aussie buffet breakfast is served at this time and coffee, cakes and light snacks are available all day. http://www.IslandReefWork.com
