बरसाना-वृंदावन में सीरियल तुलसीदास के शूट के पीछे की छोटी सी कहानी। मैंने (मेने जो करैक्टर निभाया ) 'नगर प्रमुख' और मंदिर प्रमुख का किरदार निभाया, इस किरदार में मेने महाकवि तुलसीदास जी के काव्य ग्रंथ रामायण का पुरजोर समर्थन और प्रशंसा है । बरसाना गांव के आश्रम में यह शूट वास्तव में दिलचस्प था। पूरी यूनिट 2 महीने आश्रम में रही जहां उन्होंने आश्रम से सटे बरसाना के खेत में सेट बनाया है। धारावाहिक तुलसीदास का सेट काफी पुराना टाइप का था जैसा कि हम प्राचीन समय के धारावाहिक सीरियल देखते हैं। उस समय लोग नंगे पांव रहते थे, तो इस जाड़े की रात में जहां हमारे पास गर्म कपड़े नहीं थे, हमने नंगे पाँव रात में काम किया , सर्दी बहुत थी , जैसे ही scene ख़त्म होता था एक कम्बल लपेट दिया जाता था और हम आग के तसले के आगे बैठ जाते थे। यह एक नया अनुभव था। मुझे वाकई बहुत मजा आया।

Small story behind the shoot of serial Tulsidas in Barsana-Vrindavan. I played the character 'city head' and temple head, in this character I strongly support and admire the epic Ramayana of great poet Tulsidas ji. The shoot at the ashram in Barsana village was really interesting. The whole unit stayed in the ashram for 2 months where they made a set in Barsana's farm adjacent to the ashram. The set of serial Tulsidas was very old type as we see serials of ancient times. At that time people used to live barefoot, so in this winter night where we did not have warm clothes, we worked barefoot in the night, it was very cold, as soon as the scene complete, the production staff (spot DADA) wrap a blanket and we use to sit in front of small fire pot . Very different experience in this shoot, I really enjoyed.
