38 people have lost their lives in the brutal winter storm in the United States and Canada. The deceased number is expected to rise as some people are trapped inside their cars, reported Al Jazeera. Most of the deaths have been reported from in and around Buffalo, located on the shores of Lake Erie in western New York state, reported AFP. Four deaths were reported in Canada.
