Health Minister Dr Zaliha Mustafa said any decision related to the arrival of overseas travelers, especially from China, needs to be comprehensively discussed and decided by the Cabinet.

She said the matter needs to be discussed with various ministries and not just the Ministry of Health (MOH) as it involves aspects of economy, tourism and people's safety.
