The Pentagon said the world was skeptical about Russian President Vladimir Putin's call for a 36-hour ceasefire in Ukraine while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy claimed Russia was seeking a truce to use as a cover to stop Ukrainian advances.
