Cook shrimp in the pan in 10 minutes – juicy, mouth-watering, tender and browned. A true delicacy will come out. In comparison with boiled, fried shrimps have more intense and piquant taste with garlic and greens aroma. It is no more difficult than boil to fry shrimp and it is a perfect fit with beer and wine.
✅ Ingredients:
• shrimp – 2 lb / 800 g
• garlic – 6 cloves
• fresh parsley – 1 oz / 20 g
• 1 lemon juice
• olive or vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
• butter – 1½ oz / 40 g
• salt – ⅔ tsp
• red chili flakes – ¼ tsp

Preparation:
1. Defrost the shrimp, peel and devein, rinse in cold water.
2. Chop up the parsley and mince the garlic.
3. Heat a pan over high heat and add the olive oil. Fry the shrimp, stirring, for 2 minutes over high heat.
4. Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes and fry stirring for another minute over high heat.
5. Add the lemon juice and parsley, stir and fry for a minute over high heat, add then the butter and fry for a minute over medium heat. Add the salt, stir and switch the heat off.
6. Serve to the table right away
